Is the profile installed?
Open your phone’s SIM settings and look for the travel line. If it is missing, return to your purchase’s installation instructions and check that you have a stable internet connection. Confirm device compatibility and carrier unlocking before trying again.
If the phone reports that a code is already used or invalid, capture the exact message for support. Repeatedly rescanning or buying another plan may not fix the underlying issue. Keep the code private, including when sharing a screenshot.
Check the line and the plan
- Is the travel eSIM enabled?
- Is it selected as the mobile data SIM?
- Are you in a country covered by that exact plan?
- Has the validity period started, and has it expired?
- Is there data remaining?
- Does this plan require roaming enabled on the travel line?
Turn Wi-Fi off briefly during a mobile-data test so the result is unambiguous. Do not enable roaming on every line at once; apply the instructions to the travel line you intend to use.
Try a controlled reconnection
After checking the settings, toggle airplane mode off and on as appropriate to reconnect, or restart the phone. Apple’s eSIM troubleshooting also recommends checking whether a carrier-settings update is available. Give the device time to register with a network after each change.
Only edit an APN or select a manual network when the plan instructions or support tell you what to use. Random values can make a working configuration harder to recover. If you are indoors, a different nearby location may help distinguish a local signal problem from a setup problem.
Send support a useful description
Provide the order reference through the official support channel, along with your phone model, software version, country, error message and the checks you tried. State whether installation failed or mobile data stopped after previously working.
If only one app fails, mention that too. It is a different symptom from every website failing. If a VPN is connected, check its status and tell support whether the issue occurs only with that connection; do not assume the eSIM itself is at fault.
Keep the current profile installed until support confirms the next step. For your next trip, save these checks before departure so you can consult them even with limited connectivity.
